Tickets become work orders in Simon

Manage all your customers’ questions in one place with the ticket system in HubSpot. This way you avoid missing an important question. When you connect with Simple-Simon, these tickets are transferred into Simon as a digital work order. The work order shows the work address taken from the company data in HubSpot. Once the field service representative has completed and archived the work order, the status of the ticket in HubSpot is automatically changed to “closed.” Among other things, your own forms and a work order PDF are added to the ticket as attachments. These attachments can be found with your tickets in HubSpot.

Activate the integration yourself from your Simon environment

From your Simon office environment, you can easily create the integration between Simple-Simon and HubSpot yourself. To create the integration*, go through the following steps:

1. Create a free Simon trial account, or log in with your existing Simon account;
2. From the office module in the left menu, go to “integrations” and then “activate integration.”;
3. In the list of accounting software, then select HubSpot. Then click on “deploy” and then the green “start activating” button;
4. On the subsequent screen, follow the 3 steps to complete the integration:
   • Via Simon, you connect by logging into HubSpot;
   • Then use settings to set up the link as desired;
   • Synchronization starts in the background and the integration is complete.

* The first year you can use the integration for free. From the second year the costs are £22 per month, which will be billed annually in advance.
